CAU leading British Archaeology

Must farm boatA couple of nationally important sites excavated by the Cambridge Archaeological Unit (CAU) in the last year feature prominently in the soon-to-be-issued March/April edition of British Archaeology magazine.  There is a six-page feature about the excavations at Ham Hill, Somerset, one of the largest hillforts in the country, which CAU have been investigating alongside a team from Cardiff University. In addition, there is a review of the Bronze Age fenland landscape revealed at Must Farm and Bradley Fen by the site directors Mark Knight and Kerry Murrell.
