Introduction to Nayland Community Test-Pit Digging

Dr Carenza Lewis, Director of Access Cambridge Archaeology, will be speaking at Nayland Village Hall tomorrow evening (Tuesday 4th September) at 7:30pm about the forthcoming community test-pit digging in the village. Doors open at 6:30pm and all residents and local volunteers are welcome to attend to find out more about what is involved in digging an archaeological test-pit. The digging will take place from Friday 5th – Saturday 7th October as part of Mangaging a Masterpiece, the Stour Valley Landscape Partnership.
