MAA is Finalist for Museum of the Year

Following a major redevelopment in 2012, the University of Cambridge’s Museum of Archaeology & Anthropology has been announced as one of ten finalists for the Art Fund Prize for Museum of the Year 2013. The renovations included the building of a new front door as well as refurbished ground floor galleries, allowing new visitors to discover this previously hidden University museum. The winner will be announced live on BBC Radio 4’s Front Row from the award ceremony at the Victoria & Albert Museum in London on 4th June 2013.
