Binham Local History Group is holding its annual 2 day community dig on 24th & 25th July as part of the Council of British Archaeology’s Festival of Archaeology which runs from 13th – 28th July with events up and down the UK. They will be digging a number of archaeological test pits within the vicinity of the village hall in the north Norfolk village, famous for its priory church and ruins. If you would like to unleash your inner archaeologist and have time to spare for one or both days then please do come along.
